Many of you will have heard that Cape Horn Medical Centre is closing.

As a result I'll very soon be relocating down the road to Chapeltown.

So I'm not going far and it'll be service as normal, but with the addition of some great benefits that I don't have now...

2. It has parking!

3. And as an added bonus ...it's right next door to a fabulous coffee shop

It just keeps getting better!
