3. Booking and Cancellations


- All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, (please see cancellation policy).

- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are late, unfit for treatment, abusive to any staff member or if a health contraindication is identified.

- While we aim to deliver services with professional care, we do not guarantee specific results from treatment.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of our services or website.

- Physiotherapy treatment outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Please see benefits and risks of physiotherapy document.

5. Payment and Refunds


- Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

- If using insurance policy to pay it is your responsibility to ensure that your policy covers the full cost of your treatment as any unpaid amounts (eg.excesses) will be payable by you within 28 days of notification.

- We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card and bank transfer. In some instances payments can be made by cheque but please discuss first..

- VAT is not payable on physiotherapy services.

- Refunds are not provided for services once the appointment has been provided. For pre-paid appointments a deduction may be made for late cancellations and for appointments booked but not kept. Please see the cancellation policy.

- Your privacy is important to us.

- We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- We are registered with the ICO

- Your personal and medical information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where legally required to do so or for the purposes of your healthcare (with your consent). In emergency situations (classed by the physio as an immediate health related emergency or where you are no longer able to consent) when attending clinic or in your home (if a home visit)  your consent may not be gained if the disclosure of information is deemed necessary and in your best interest for your healthcare in that immediate emergency situation.
